Kari Kempf, PhD, BCBA 

Kari Gjerde-Kempf is a licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst. Kari served as a school psychologist and behavior consultant for over a decade working closely with teachers, support staff, and children. More recently, she has practiced in hospital and clinic settings, working with children and caregivers to foster positive behavioral changes and improved mental health. Throughout her professional journey, Kari has been driven by a passion for learning evidence-based interventions for supporting children's behavioral and mental health. She believes in the value of teamwork and enjoys partnering with others to develop practical and effective treatment plans that promote positive outcomes for children.

Amy Graber, LISW, BCBA

Amy is a licensed independent social worker and board certified behavior analyst. She has worked in various social work roles for over 20 years. With a chance opportunity in one of her roles, she stumbled into the world of behavior analysis and her love for the work blossomed immediately. For the past 13 years, she has worked in schools specializing in supporting students with behavioral challenges, equipping school teams with resources and tools to increase their skill sets, and training a wide variety of professionals on best practices in behavior. Amy believes that everyone has the capacity to learn, grow, and communicate. She has a passion for disseminating practical and effective behavior knowledge and skills to those working with and caring for individuals with behavioral needs because she believes that knowledge fuels action and that learning is a life-long endeavor.
